To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted through your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Our Service offers:

• Free Tier: Limited usage.
• Paid Tier: Unlimited usage, charged on a subscription basis through Stripe.

Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and without malicious intent. You may not:

• Commit fraud or hacking activities.
• Reverse engineer the Service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Resolving accessibility issues is your sole responsibility, and we recommend seeking professional accessibility experts.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect limited data, including email addresses and usage statistics, to improve the Service. We use third-party tools for analytics, hosting, and payment processing. By using the Service, you agree to this data collection and its processing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Key Points:

• You waive your right to a court trial or jury trial.
